La Petite Trotte à Léon report

PTL73In the wake of my trip to Europe, I’ve fallen far behind on a number of article ideas I had planned for Half Past Done and haven’t posted in a couple of weeks. It’s been rewarding to follow and report on snippets of the endurance racing and expedition scene in the past nine months. But blogging can be time consuming, and currently I have a number of unfinished projects whose deadlines are creeping up on me. As such, my posts on Half Past Done will likely continue to be sporadic for the next few months, but I do plan to continue posting new articles as opportunities arise.

Since I last posted about  La Petite Trotte à Léon, the race has come and gone and my participation ended in a non-finish 200 kilometers into the race in Morgex, Italy. I posted a long report about my experience on my personal blog that you can find at these links:

Part one: “A strange form of life”

Part two: “A hard way to come”

Part three: “In a dark little room”

Part four: “A strange one”

Aftermath

There are still a number of exciting events coming during the fall and winter, and I hope to continue writing about them on this site. But the deadline projects must take precedence, so I apologize in advance if this blog shows signs of neglect. Thanks for reading.
